Xúc xích chiên tỏi ớt là món ăn mới lạ được chế biến từ nguyên liệu xúc xích quen thuộc. Nhũng miếng xúc xích được thái nhỏ, chiên chín vàng thơm rồi chiên cùng tỏi ớt cay thơm, hấp dẫn.
Xúc xích cắt thành từng khoanh nhỏ vừa ăn. Đun nóng nhiều dầu ăn trong chảo, cho xúc xích vào chiên ngâm dầu cho đến khi vàng đều thì vớt ra đĩa có lót sẵn giấy thấm dầu.
Đun nóng 2-3 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho tỏi và ớt băm nhỏ vào đảo đều cho dậy mùi. Đổ xúc xích đã chiên vào hỗn hợp tỏi ớt. Sau đó thêm 1/3 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng canh nước mắm rồi đảo đều cho xúc xích ngấm đều gia vị, tắt bếp.
Cho xúc xích ra đĩa, rắc thêm ít hành lá thái nhỏ, dùng nóng với cơm. Xúc xích chiên tỏi ớt với những miếng xúc xích chiên chín vàng thơm, đảo đều cũng tỏi ớt cay thơm đậm đà, trở thành món ăn ngon cơm cực kỳ.
