Viên chiên phô mai mới lạ độc đáo với khoai lang chín nghiền nhuyễn, trộn với các loại rau củ xào, phô mai béo ngậy, nướng chiên trong lò nên không ngại món ăn bị rã do chiên đâu nhé!
Đầu tiên, các bạn bóc vỏ, rửa sạch và luộc chín khoai. Nghiền khoai ra cho đến khi mịn. Cắt nhỏ ớt, ớt chuông, hành tây và cà rốt.
Đun nóng 15ml dầu ăn, xào ớt, ớt chuông, hành tây, cà rốt với 1/3 muỗng cà phê muối tiêu cho nguyên liệu hơi mềm thì tắt bếp. Cho hỗn hợp xào vào cùng với khoai lang. Thêm 2 lát phô mai cắt nhỏ, 20g bắp hột và 15ml sốt mayonnaise rồi trộn đều.
Sau đó, mình nặn hỗn hợp thành từng viên vừa ăn. Lăn các viên này qua bột chiên giòn. Dùng cọ quét dầu lên các viên khoai rồi đem nướng ở 180 độ trong 10-12 phút.
