If after two years and millions of dollars they didn’t find any connection to collusion, then that does exonerate trump. The fact that they couldn’t prove or disprove is the key factor. If a person goes to court, prosecutors have one shot to nail someone with facts and proof of guilt. If that is not achieved, then someone can’t come years later and try the same person for the same crime. That’s called double jeopardy. But mueller and his biased team of investigators have completely dismissed this notion, and purposely put in the report that trump was not exonerated . The double standards are mind boggling
